Return and Refund Policy

CryptoNTez products are digital products that provide access to proprietary TradingView tools and related digital services. No physical goods are shipped.

Before access is granted:
If your TradingView access has not yet been activated, you may request cancellation and a refund by contacting us.

After access is granted:
Once access to the purchased TradingView product has been activated, the purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Refunds may still be issued in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• CryptoNTez is unable to provide the access you purchased due to an issue on our side.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after access has been granted.
• Trading losses or investment performance.
• Incompatibility with a customer’s trading strategy or expectations.
• Failure to provide a valid TradingView username or maintain an active TradingView account.
• Temporary TradingView outages or third-party service interruptions outside CryptoNTez’s control.

Lifetime access refers to access for the lifetime of the CryptoNTez UCTS product/service and does not represent the lifetime of the purchaser.

CryptoNTez reserves the right to review refund requests individually where appropriate.
