These Terms of Service govern your use of CryptoNTez websites, digital products, TradingView tools, indicators, trading systems, and related services.
By accessing the website or purchasing a CryptoNTez product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital products and access
CryptoNTez provides digital tools and services, including access to proprietary TradingView indicators and trading systems such as UCTS.
Access may require you to provide a valid TradingView username. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that your TradingView account remains active and accessible.
Access is personal to the purchaser unless CryptoNTez expressly agrees otherwise. You may not resell, sublicense, share, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized access to CryptoNTez products.
2. TradingView and third-party services
CryptoNTez is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView.
Some CryptoNTez products require TradingView or other third-party platforms. Availability of those platforms is outside CryptoNTez’s control.
CryptoNTez is not responsible for temporary outages, changes, restrictions, account suspensions, technical failures, or service modifications caused by third-party providers.
3. No financial or investment advice
CryptoNTez provides trading tools, indicators, data, educational material, and systematic frameworks for informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by CryptoNTez constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or personalized trading advice.
CryptoNTez does not recommend that any person buy, sell, hold, or trade any specific financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you commit.
Digital assets, equities, derivatives, foreign exchange, and other financial instruments can experience significant volatility and rapid price changes.
No CryptoNTez tool, signal, indicator, model, strategy, or system can eliminate trading risk or guarantee profitable results.
5. Historical results and backtests
Any performance statistics, backtests, historical simulations, examples, charts, or hypothetical results shown by CryptoNTez are provided for informational purposes.
Historical and simulated results have inherent limitations. They may not reflect actual execution conditions, liquidity, fees, slippage, taxes, market impact, latency, or other factors experienced in live trading.
Past performance and historical simulations do not guarantee future results.
6. No guarantee of performance
CryptoNTez does not guarantee:
- Profits or investment returns.
- Accuracy of every signal.
- Specific trading outcomes.
- Continuous availability of any tool or service.
- That a product will be suitable for a particular customer, strategy, market, or risk tolerance.
7. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are subject to the prices and terms displayed at the time of checkout.
Because CryptoNTez products are digital, purchases become non-refundable once the purchased access has been granted, except where otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
8. Fixed-term and lifetime access
Fixed-term access is provided for the period purchased.
Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the applicable CryptoNTez product or service. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that the product will exist indefinitely in its current form.
CryptoNTez may update, improve, replace, rename, or modify its products over time.
9. Product changes
Trading systems and software evolve. CryptoNTez may modify calculations, rules, features, interfaces, supported markets, integrations, or other product functionality.
We may make changes to improve reliability, compatibility, security, performance, or product quality.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share private or invite-only access with unauthorized persons.
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense CryptoNTez products.
- Attempt to bypass access controls.
- Reverse engineer or reproduce proprietary logic or source code.
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
CryptoNTez may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
CryptoNTez products, branding, software, indicators, trading logic, written material, graphics, and related content are owned by CryptoNTez or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoNTez will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses resulting from reliance on signals, indicators, historical results, third-party services, or technical interruptions.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, platform changes, third-party outages, technical issues, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
14. Changes to these Terms
CryptoNTez may update these Terms as its products, business, or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on the website.
Continued use of CryptoNTez services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
